We process account details you provide, settings such as language and measurement preferences, designs and project data you save, and limited technical or usage information required to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use data

We use this information to authenticate your account, provide the design workspace, store your projects, generate exports, maintain security, support billing, and understand product reliability and feature usage.

3. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. StillWood Designer does not store complete payment-card details. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

4. Cookies and sessions

Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect account actions. They are required for the application to function. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Retention and security

Account and project information is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
