Terms of Service

1. The service

StillWood Designer is browser-based software for planning woodworking designs and generating supporting project information. You remain responsible for verifying dimensions, materials, tool setup, safety, and production decisions before cutting or construction.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account.

3. Trials and subscriptions

Trial duration, subscription price, billing interval, and included features are displayed before checkout. Saving and production exports may require an active paid subscription. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled through the available billing controls.

4. Your designs

You retain rights to the original designs and content you create. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, and display that content to provide the service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use it to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Design output is a planning aid and not a substitute for professional judgment, safe workshop practices, or independent verification. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
